Chennai: The Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology (CIPET), operating under the Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, has announced nationwide admissions for the academic year 2025-26.

The premier institute is inviting applications for its flagship Diploma, Post Diploma, and Post Graduate Diploma programmes.

For over five decades, CIPET has been a leader in technical education and skill development for the petrochemical and plastics sectors.

With advanced infrastructure, industry-aligned curricula, and strong placement support, the institute continues to train professionals to meet the demands of India's growing manufacturing sector.

The programmes offered include:
Post Graduate Diploma in Plastics Processing & Testing (PGD-PPT)
Post Diploma in Plastics Mould Design with CAD/CAM (PD-PMD with CAD/CAM)
Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology (DPMT)
Diploma in Plastics Technology (DPT)

All courses are available across 29 CIPET centres, including Chennai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Jaipur, and Madurai, offering hands-on training with state-of-the-art labs and design studios.
